The club has 3 floors of health and fitness. A modern and welcoming free weight and resistance gym is located on the ground floor. Moving up to the first floor there is an extensive Precor cardio vascular suite. The second floor is perfectly equipped with swiss balls and stretch mats to help you complete your training and cool down. To further strengthen the clubs outstanding facilities our team of highly qualified trainers are on hand to offer motivation and guidance.
