How Do I Purchase a Certificate?
Purchasing a certificate is easy just follow these 3 easy steps: -
1. Decide which package you would like to purchase.
2. If you are unsure or would like more information on other packages available please telephone and speak to a member of our sales office

3. Our sales representative will contact you and take payment for the
certificate. You will then receive the certificate along with an introduction letter in a presentation folder delivered to you within a couple of working days. The certificate is then ready for you to present to the lucky recipient.
How Do I Redeem a Certificate?
If you are the lucky recipient of a Wren’s Gift Certificate please follow the below steps to book your wonderful experience…

2. A member of our team will arrange the booking at your convenience. All experiences / packages need to be booked in advance and the certificate must be presented to a member of staff on arrival for the experience to be redeemed.
