  • Tips & Gratuities Policy

Sir Christopher Wrens Ltd & F @ Wrens Ltd (the Company) does not make a service charge. All Company employees receive at least the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and ALL tips are paid in addition to NMW. Credit card tips are subject to an 8% deduction to cover credit card fees, payroll and other house costs prior to distribution in full to our employees. All cash tips are retained in full by the staff and these may or may not be shared with other employees. The Company does not participate in cash tips in any way.

  • Payment of Personal Guest Accounts

A Credit or Debit card is required on check-in and all cards will be pre-authorised to cover the costs for the entire length of your stay, please see full explanation of the pre-authorisation process attached.

The Hotel adheres to the Chip & Pin regulations and any guest wishing to settle their account using a Credit or Debit Card that has a chip must be able to provide the pin number. Failing to provide a pin number will result in being asked for another method of payment.

Sir Christopher Wren Hotel accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Switch. We also accept Travellers Cheques. Unfortunately we do not accept personal cheques & credit facilities are not offered to private individuals.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
