To add to the whole experience at Sir Christopher Wren’s, we have our own gym, health and beauty spa, which is open to all
hotel guests. So you can work out, wind down or pamper yourself while you’re with us.

Spa – if you’re looking for the ultimate in relaxation, you’ve come to the right place. Treat
yourself to a massage with one of our experienced therapists to ease your mind and soothe your body. Or pamper yourself with
a range of ESPA treatments including body wraps, facials, pedicures or manicures. Wren’s Spa also has an open-air Jacuzzi* and a sauna for
guests to use.
Gym – for a more active form of escapism, we also have a fully-equipped gym, complete with running machines,
cross-trainers, cycling simulators, as well as weightlifting and resistance equipment. The gym is very spacious and airy, with
plenty of natural light.
ESPA retail – if you’d like to continue the spa experience at home, you can also buy ESPA products from us. The range includes
cleansing creams, advanced skincare products and body oils.

Spa accommodation packages – if you’d like to make use of our spa, you might want to consider one of our
special spa packages. These include the cost of your room, and an evening meal at our award-winning Strok’s Restaurant, plus
various treatments and full use of our gym and spa facilities.

Gift ideas – a Wren’s spa package makes a perfect gift. Choose a particular treatment, or give someone
an amount to spend on the treatment of their choice. Gift certificates are valid for six months, so the recipient can be
pampered at their own leisure.
