Against the stunning back drop of Windsor Castle, Sir Christopher Wren's House Offers the ideal setting for a wide range of events. From board meetings and presentations, to training sessions and briefings. Our six meeting rooms combine impressive furnishings and décor with first class business amenities.
We can cater for anywhere from six to 90 delegates and we offer special delegate rates. These include access to the hotel's facilities, including our individually decorated, extremely comfortable rooms, our AA rosette-graded Strok's Restaurant and Martini bar, and our superb fitness and health spa, The Wren's Club.
Whatever size or type of event you have in mind, our dedicated conference team will work closely with you to ensure it runs like clockwork - from helping you choose the right room and layout, to arranging any services or facilities you may need.

Meeting Rooms
The Hotel has 6 meeting rooms including 2 rooms used for Private functions ranging from 8 - 90 delegates. These meeting and function rooms are split between two separate locations overlooking the Thames - The main house and the Riverside Business Centre: a dedicated meeting facility of four rooms The Thames Suit, Eton Room, Partners Room, and Windsor Room. The remaining 3 rooms including the largest function room the Princess Suite are situated in the main house.
Riverside Business Centre
1) The Thames Suite
Our main boardroom the Thames Suite occupies a quiet and secluded location alongside the river opposite the main hotel. It benefits from lots of natural light and its own kitchenette and can seat up to 28 people. It also links directly to the Eton Room, which can be used for interviews or break out sessions as appropriate.
2) Eton Room
A small meeting room which can be taken in conjunction with the Thames Suite or on it's own, the Eton accommodates up to eight people in boardroom setting.
3) Partners Room
Suitable for up to 12 people, the Partners Room is traditional in style, with antique furniture and décor. It also has it's own balcony overlooking the river.
4) Windsor Room
More contemporary in style than the other Riverside rooms, the Windsor can cater for up to 10 with ample natural light.
All of the Riverside Boardrooms benefit from air conditioning throughout.
Main House
5) The Princess Suite
The largest room in the hotel with a capacity of up to 90 guests theatre style. Located in the main hotel building, and with access to the outdoor terrace, the Princess Suite has air conditioning, natural daylight and benefits from its own dedicated events bar, The Music Room, making it perfect for weddings, and private dining.
6) The Pavilion
Spacious, light and airy the Pavilion is next to Strok's Restaurant in the main hotel and provides picturesque views overlooking Eton Bridge. With a capacity of 45 people and with access to the outdoor terrace this room is ideal for private dinner or cocktail functions.
7) The Oak Room
The 16th Century beautifully wood panelled Oak room is the oldest room
in the house and offers history and character in abundance. With natural daylight, situated in the main house. Seating up to 12 people boardroom style it is the perfect room for a small meeting or dinner party.
In line with the national smoking ban Sir Christopher Wrens House Hotel & Spa is a Smoke free hotel. This includes all inside areas of the Hotel, Spa, & Strok's restaurant but excludes the terrace. To preserve the smoke free environment for all to enjoy it is the hotel's policy to instantly charge £100 to any guest found smoking in their room.
