Membership at the club entitles you to full use of the facilities as well as a wide range of privileges at Sir Christopher Wren’s House Hotel. Members receive a comprehensive induction process including a full health check and 4 personalised sessions with your assigned trainer. Through this process you learn safe and effective methods of training to ensure you reach your goals.

Service includes full use of our gymnasium with outdoor spa pool, a solarium, relaxation room and the sauna.The club has no annual tie in contract as we believe that our high level of customer service and our facilities speak for themselves. We would be delighted to invite you to come for a free trial workout to see what we can offer you.
Club opening times are Monday to Friday 06.00am – 10.00pm Saturday and Sunday 08.00am – 06.00pm
