" We had a fantastic wedding at the Christopher Wren. From the first time Sara came to Windsor she dreamt of getting married at the Christopher Wren, the location and character of the hotel were just perfect for a wedding. And her dream came through. Corisa is an absolute genius at her job and she made sure that everything ran smoothly and made sure that everything we'd forgotten about was sorted out. The venue was perfect, the staff very attentive and helpful and the food was amazing. As well as thanking the hotel staff, we'd like to thank Faye our florist and Orange Entertainments (who provided an excellent pianist, Geoff Hiscott, and magician, Jack Stevens and Sue and her great stationery (these were recommended by Corisa). And of course, a particular thank you to John Grosse, the Master of Ceremonies provided by the hotel, who was a really big hit, both with our guests and us. The wedding was a "mixed" event (Tony is Irish and Sara is Kurdish) so we wanted to include some Iraqi elements to make her family and guests feel welcome. This meant there was a special table ("Kurdish Wedding Spread") set up for us and also in the evening we made sure there was some traditional food provided. The hotel, and Corisa, leaned over backwards to meet our needs; nothing was too much trouble for them. " Andrew and I would like to express our gratitude to everyone at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel for making our Civil Partnership such a memorable occasion. From our first meeting with our Wedding Coordinator, Corisa, we immediately realised we were in very good hands and her advice and expertise was invaluable in making all the arrangements and guiding us in our planning. We used the recommended florist Flowerz and were not disappointed. They clearly work with the hotel regularly and between them offered a seamless service and the quality of the flower arrangements were exceptional.   The Pavilion was a perfect location to hold the ceremony and overlooked the River Thames and when decorated with flowers and loads of candles became an intimate and romantic place on a winter’s afternoon. The chef and team produced the most wonderful food for the wedding breakfast and tailored the menu as required; nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The ability to offer a choice for all courses was a real bonus and was much appreciated by our guests and with individual menus and an experienced waiting team the service delivery was faultless.   We received so many lovely comments from our guests about the how good the day was, the hotel and location, the food, the team that looked after us and the flowers. The team at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel exceeded our expectation and were extremely customer focussed and did everything possible to make the day a success. The combination of this and a great property and location will ensure any special occasion becomes a memorable event for all the right reasons and with people like Corisa available, we would not hesitate to recommend the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel for a wonderful and stress free Civil Partnership. " Rob and I would like to thank Sir Christopher Wren’s House Hotel for making our wedding a huge success and the most enjoyable day and evening for our guests. We planned and organised this from Australia, all questions and concerns were answered quickly and efficiently and our Wedding Coordinator, Corisa made sure that the whole day went without a hitch and did this to perfection.  We are truly grateful to all the staff at Sir Christopher Wren’s House Hotel from the chefs and kitchen staff who created our wonderful menu to the waiting staff who made sure our friends and family were looked after. " We had the pleasure of holding our wedding in October of this year with a planning period of only 3 months!  Throughout those 3 months, I have to commend Corisa who assisted us in getting to the 'church' on time.  Although we had only 14 guests, she dedicated as much time in helping us to organise our big day if we were welcoming 140 guests.  She gave us a great range of options for making the most of the venue on the day and was happy to accommodate a couple of last minute requests.  These 14 guests came from far and wide and were all given an amazing welcome, great food, great wine, really friendly staff and a great view of the Thames certainly made it worth the trip.  I would highly recommend the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel if you are thinking of booking this for your own nuptials - neither you nor your guests will be disappointed! " We were married at this fine hotel in October 2010.  A wonderful day which started with the civil ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception in the 'stately' Princess Suite and stunning Pavilion.  You cannot beat the location to be honest, and the hotel felt exclusively ours for the day (and evening).  We cannot understate how exclusive this hotel makes your wedding day feel! The planning and coordination was exceptional, and all down to Corisa Steyn - thank you Corisa.  Our day ran so smoothly, and that was certainly down to all the staff, who were obviously well briefed and attentive to all our guests and us.  The food was as good and of the quality we experienced at our tasting day. So what more can we say: from beginning to end the service was exceptional, nothing was too much hassle, the staff were fantastic and the food was out of this world. " Our wedding was held at Sir Christopher Wren’s Hotel on 31st July, 2010. But the planning for our wedding began one and a half years prior. During that time, we worked with Corisa Steyn.  From the very beginning of the process, she was energetic and very supportive.   Since many of our guests were coming to the wedding from the USA, Corisa not only had the typical wedding planning logistics to supervise, but she also had the added responsibility of managing international bookings and making sure all of our guests were cared for and look after properly.    Corisa made the whole experience effortless. Her smiling face and calm demeanor put everyone at ease. Corisa was there from day one and worked tirelessly on the final day to assure our wedding was the fairytale we had imagined.    Our wedding went off perfectly!  All of our guests commented on the great staff, the impeccable service and delicious food. During the wedding breakfast, during the evening buffet, and all the way until 1 am in the morning Jose, our banquet manager, worked to please and service our wedding guests in the most expedient fashion.   Thank you Corisa, Jose, and Sir Christopher Wren’s Hotel for a simply wonderful wedding experience!
