Wrens wedding package – what’s included

Drinks

  • Brut champagne, dressed Pimms or Kir Royale for arriving guests.
  • A glass of rosé champagne during the speeches.

Dining

  • Dinner for two at The Restaurant for the couple to sample the menu and wines in preparation for the big day.
  • Canapés for guests as they arrive.
  • Three-course wedding reception dinner with coffee and petit fours.
  • A half bottle of wine per dinner guest, chosen by the wedding couple.
  • A half bottle of Hildon mineral water per dinner guest.
  • Evening buffet with coffee and petit fours for your daytime guests.

And to celebrate your first anniversary in style, we invite the married couple to dinner at the hotel.

Support

  • Wedding reception room hire.
  • The full support of our wedding experts, who will help with all your arrangements, before and during the big day.
  • Wedding night accommodation for the couple in one of our best hotel suites, with a free bottle of champagne in your room.
  • Fresh wedding flowers, including floral arrangements at each table.
  • The stationary includes the Table plan, menu's and Place cards.
  • Red carpet and silver cake stand.
  • A gift for the couple from Wrens.
  • Complimentary wedding stationery.
  • Room hire for the evening function.
  • White chair covers.
  • A qualified toastmaster throughout the proceedings.

Our Wren's wedding package is available all year. Saturday bookings between April and October, and during December, require a minimum of 65 guests. There’s no charge for children under five, and we provide soft drinks with children’s meals.

When booking your registrar, note that the latest sit-down time for your wedding reception dinner is 5pm.
