Hotel is ideally located for sites and train stations. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast particularly good. Nearby parking for hotel guests was convenient and well advertised. Staff very helpful, especially extending the car parking period.

We stayed at the Christopher wren to attend the scout awards service at Windsor castle. The Room was comfortable and clean, food was delicious and staff were friendly and attentive. Made the whole experience very enjoyable Some language problems Glad it wasnt raining as we were in the House acrosd the road

First impressions at reception were great, helpful team, beautiful interiors, room was ok, but perhaps showing the age of the last refit in places and the restaurant bar team could have been better coordinated, but overall good with great location, and we would return if another visit to Windsor arises. Some teams were better than others, but no major issues TV was wonky on its mount, to plug the kettle in required crawling on the floor with a lead barely long enough, and the bathroom refit in the Victorian was showing its age, but clean and comfortable. Perfectly placed for Windsor and Eton Only ate a lunch, but generous and flavoursome A little more coordination and training, nothing major, just the things you notice when it’s not quite there

Went for a murder mystery evening with overnight stay. It was well organised, food was delicious. Room was lovely, clean and well equipped, couldn't fault anything really.

Got better deal than booking directly with you WHY ? Needs update and toilet needs fixing

This was a nice hotel and located right next to the Castle and canal for the views, the only issue was the stairs to get to our room, as my wife struggles with going up & down stairs and there was no lifts there. The breakfast was good and especially as it goes until 11am, gives you bit of a lye-in if you want.

I treated my niece for her 60th birthday, along with my 80th a couple of months ago . Our rooms were dark, small and noisy . Certainly not superior at over £200 . Bins were being dragged under our window from 7am Apparently my nieces bath water ran cold . My meal was terrible and I had to send it back so we ended up eating separately . Small, dark , overlooked, noisy Comfortable bed Ordered sirloin steaks medium rare , we had 2 thin overcooked steaks

From the front of house staff to the bar and restaurant and the Spa everybody was excellent. The running of our sales meeting was great and the location of the hotel is fantastic. Will definitely use again and thanks for making our meeting go so well. First class in all areas My room was amazing with a lovely balcony overlooking the River Thames Such a lovely setting, so close to the castle and river. The selection at breakfast and lunch was very good with a great selection for vegetarians too.
