The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was lovely and the breakfast set me up for a great day in Windsor

The hotel is very charming and the employees really nice. The room I had was small but enough for one person. The bathroom is modern and clean. Unfortunately my room was at street level, with two big windows from the ceiling to the ground which meant I did not have any privacy at all. I also found the room very cold with a not very powerful heating system.

Fantastic environment, stayed for a business meeting. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The meeting room fitted the bill, the food was top notch and the hotel room was light and airy and the bed very comfortable. Location is in the heart of Windsor so loads of places to eat if you want to step out of the hotel. 100% would recommend it. Could be better, it kept slowing down at times of the day Staff were on it Could do with a draft IPA

We stayed at this hotel for a short break. It was a spur of the moment booking. We had a more modern room in Windsor house, just across the road which was very nice. The brasserie is lovely with great views of the river. Breakfast was great, it was buffet style so you could have anything and everything! What really struck me was the customer service. All the staff were brilliant, polite and pleasant, especially the manager and Mark, It really puts you at ease when you get that level of service. Unfortunately I have some mobility issues and our room was right at the back of the hotel, which was quite a walk for me, but there was a lift (unlike the main building) so that made things easier. As I’ve said we booked last minute, in future I would book more in advance to get a room closer to the exit. However I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, warm welcome, nice room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was really lacking for healthy options, very poor for 2024 and £190 for the night!

We were disappointed after upgrading our room. On the website it does say that most rooms come with a view. We had a yard! Breakfast was cold on the Sunday and Monday morning. We stayed two nights! On the Monday morning I had to request brown bread, there was none and only one slice of white bread for toast. Air conditioning in the room was regulated and we found it a little on the cool side at first. Untill we turned it off. We were expecting a slightly larger room. Description again. Only two breakfast tea bags on arrival we had been travelling for over three hours. So it would be nice to have at least four breakfast tea bags available. The staff in reception were excellent and could not do enough for you. Reception staff could not do enough for us. Description on the website does not cover the rooms. Furniture in need of attention. Ideal location. Cold breakfast

Another good stay with you for several nights. We entertained an elderly relative for dinner one evening.Dinner excellent . Staff excellent. Our bedroom on the top floor had heating that was a bit noisy but not too bad.
